Bill Bolton
President
Bill attended both NC State and Mars Hill College, where he met his wife Katy Bolton, pictured above. Bill holds all HVAC licenses, plumbing, refrigeration, general construction and fire protection. When not working, which according to his children never actually happens, Bill enjoys sailing, traveling, and flying.
Steve Harrower
Sr. Vice President
A graduate of North Buncombe High School and Clemson University, Steve was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Reserve and served for 11 years, earning the rank of captain. In 1971, he joined Moser Inc. and stayed on with the company after Bolton Corporation bought it in 1992. Steve currently holds North Carolina Licenses P-1, H-1, H-2, H-3, General Construction Unlimited, General Construction PU ( Public Utility – Water and Sewer ), and Residential Sprinkler. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and woodworking.
Mark Bolton
Vice President
Mark began working at Bolton while still in high school in the early 2000s. Among other construction jobs, Mark worked summers at Bolton while earning his Mechanical Systems Engineering Degree from the University of Wyoming. In January of 2010, he joined the Bolton team full time. Mark has experience in plumbing, electrical, and heating and air, with a majority of his experience in heating and air. Outside of work, Mark enjoys fishing, woodworking, and surfing.
Jeannie Hargis
Plumbing Project Manager
Jeannie has worked in the Plumbing Construction field for over 38 years. She started with Moser Inc. in 1980. Jeannie received her plumbing license in 1996 and is a native of Asheville, NC. Jeannie currently resides in Nebo, NC with her dog Lily. She enjoys spending time with her son Daniel and grandson Layke. Some of Jeannie's favorite things include watching her grandson play soccer and basketball, hiking and spending time with her friends.
Mark Crowder
HVAC Project Manager
Before working for Moser, Inc. as a pipe fitter in 1979, Mark worked in sheet metal with his Father in residential heating and cooling. Mark is the second generation in his family to work in HVAC, and his son who also works for a local reputable HVAC company is third generation. Mark is very involved in his Church, with a deep rooted faith in Jesus Christ. Aside from spending time with his grandchildren Mark enjoys fly fishing and woodworking.
Mike Rice
HVAC Project Manager
Mike is an expert in hot-water and steam-boiler systems. He started working for Moser Inc. in 1977, running deliveries and performing maintenance on equipment after school. After graduating from North Buncombe High, he focused on pipe fitting and sheet metal field work. Over the years, he's worked in everything from residential to industrial service, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and some general contracting. Mike was promoted to project manager around 2005. He enjoys time at the lake when he's not hard at work.
Ryan Boone
Plumbing Project Manager
Ryan moved to NC in 2012 with his wife and daughter, spending quality time outside of work involved with his church and many charitable endeavors. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves to hike, fish and hunt.
Andrew Toney
Vice President / HVAC Service Manager
Andrew began working in the HVAC Construction department at Bolton in the spring of 2011. He made the transition to HVAC Service in 2013. Andrew has earned multiple NATE certifications, Power Flame combustion fundamentals, safe burner start up and adjustment school in 2017, along with various other trainings. Andrew was promoted to HVAC Service Manager in spring of 2017. Andrew has attended the highly respected Bell & Gossett Little Red Schoolhouse for steam system design and application. By February 2019 Andrew had obtained all three North Carolina HVAC licenses: H-1, H-2 and H-3. During his free time, he enjoys playing golf, paintball, fishing, and coaching his boy’s athletic teams.
Ronnie Brock
Plumbing Service Manager
Ronnie has 35 years of experience with Bolton. He enjoys the fellowship and challenges that come with his trade and looks forward to helping customers in any way he can. A sports fan, his hobbies include fishing and golf.
Linda Soltis
Human Resources Manager
Linda joined the Bolton Family in 2015 after 20 years in the mental health field. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 30+ years, family, friends, gardening and weekend getaways.
Chris Meisenzahl
Accounting Manager
Chris began working in the Service Department at Bolton as a Coordinator in June of 2007. Since then he has also worked in the Construction Department as an Administrative Assistant and as our Warehouse Manager from 2011 to July 2019. Now, with an educational background in accounting Chris is pleased to be supporting our team as Bolton's Accounting Manager. While not working he enjoys watching football, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
Angie Stines
Customer Service Coordinator
Angie has over 25 years of customer service experience. For 15 of those years she has been the HVAC Service Coordinator at Bolton. During her free time she enjoys cooking, kayaking and shopping.
Annette Sherlin
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Annette Sherlin has lived in Asheville and surrounding areas her entire life and has been in the construction industry for the last 30+ years. She is happily married and loves to spend time with her family, dogs and church family. Hobbies she enjoys are antique finds, drawing, camping & fishing.
Pola Laughlin
Project Assistant
Pola graduated from Trident Technical College with a focus in Chemical Engineering and is a native of Western NC. She brings her 20+ years of hotel hospitality management and customer service to our Construction division, helping with day to day operations, including bid coordination for the construction side. Her hobbies include music and college football. In her spare time, she enjoys sharing these hobbies with her family.
Tammy Ray
Project Assistant
Tammy spent most of her career as a business owner and later as an executive assistant in healthcare for many years. She joined Bolton as a project assistant in 2023. She’s lived in the North Asheville/Weaverville/Madison County communities most of her life, with the exception of a few years spent in Buffalo, NY. She and her husband have two sons, two daughters, two grandchildren, and three perpetual 2-year-olds in their Goldendoodles, Maddie and Cooper, and their shepherd, Gracie. In addition to the dogs, her passions and time consumers away from work are the 3 B’s of Bluegrass music, Bible study, and Buffalo Bills.
Jessica Sallee
Customer Service
Jessica has lived in Indiana her entire life until moving to Asheville 3 years ago. She has 3 kids, 1 grandson and another grandson on the way! She has 3 elderly dogs that take up most of her time. She enjoys yard work / gardening and road trips to Indiana with her daughter, Ellie, to visit family.
Jason Haigler
Accounts Payable
Jason graduated from Wingate University in 2000 with his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Married to his wife the same year and has been happily married ever since. He moved from his hometown of Monroe NC to Asheville NC in late 2002 and came to work with Bolton in April 2003 in the accounts Payable position where he currently celebrating 16 years service. Hobbies/Obsessions (besides his wife) are: Ford Mustangs (everyone of them), Probably the biggest Disney World Fan in existence, and going to the beach (any beach).
Toby Boone
Sheetmetal Shop Foreman / Warehouse Manager
Toby joined Bolton in July of 1985. He has spent his years here working mostly in sheet metal installation for our construction department and has also spent time learning about our other departments. At the end of 2017, Toby became our Sheetmetal Shop Foreman, specializing in ductwork fabrication. In his spare time, Toby enjoys the outdoors and doing spontaneous activities.
Justin Crain
Fleet Mechanic
Before working at Bolton, Justin received certificates in the Automotive and Diesel program at Haywood County Community College. He joined Bolton in July of 2016 and works as a Fleet Mechanic, servicing all of our company vehicles and equipment. In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and working to restore old tractors.
