The Cold Steel tanto machete is known primarily for its combative application. It also makes an excellent multi-purpose Bush Craft blade. In Cold Steel tests, the tanto machete cut and pierced exceptionally well while remaining tough enough to endure hard use. Its solid, full-tang construction and hard wearing weather-resistant polypropylene handle only add to its durability and functionality. Blade is length 13", blade thickness is 2.8mm with an overall length of 18 5/8". made with 1055 carbon steel and a black baked on anti rust finish. Handle measures 5 5/8" and is made of polypropylene. Includes a cur-ex sheath.
