Your technician arrived with a helper. Will I be charged for their time as well?

We frequently have technicians and helpers working together on service diagnostics.  We will often not charge, or only partially charge, for the amount of constructive helper time that was spent working on a project.  Occasionally, there will be a confined space or heavy lifting that necessitates a second person. For example, if a single technician could complete a solo task in two hours, but with help, they could complete the job in one hour, this would save time and result in a lower cost to you.  These ride alongs also provide great on-the-job training for those trying to advance their careers.
